Terms
The terms, plainly.
Effective 2026-09-10 — first version
The short version: this page covers tellgraham.com, the waitlist, and the tool we use to post to our own YouTube channel. Graham is made and operated by Troxlabs LLC — that's who "we" means here. The app itself is in private testing; when it is available to everyone, its terms will appear on this page first.
This website
Everything on tellgraham.com is ours and is provided as it is, for you to read and share. It describes a product that is still being built, so what it says may change, and it is not medical advice — Graham helps you track what you eat, and for eating-disorder recovery or medical nutrition needs, please work with a professional.
The waitlist
If you join the waitlist you give us an email address, and we use it for one thing: to tell you when Graham is available. Ask and we'll take you off it. How that address is kept is on the privacy page.
Our YouTube channel, and the tool that posts to it
We post short clips to Graham's YouTube channel, @tellgraham_app, using an internal tool called Reel Deck that we built and that has one user: us. It uses YouTube API Services to upload those clips and to read how they perform on our channel. It reads nothing about you: no viewer is identified to us. When you watch our clips you are using YouTube, and YouTube's own Terms of Service and Google's privacy policy apply there; what the tool keeps about our own account is described in the privacy page's YouTube section. Nobody else can use the tool, so there is nothing further for it to ask of you.
The app, while it is in testing
Graham is currently available only to invited testers, through Apple's TestFlight and under Apple's terms for pre-release software. It may change or stop working between builds, and a tester's data stays on their phone as the privacy page describes. There is no account. Nothing is charged during testing: the subscription the app shows runs in Apple's sandbox until the app is available to everyone. When it is, the subscription will offer a free trial to new subscribers, renew at the price shown until you cancel, and be bought and cancelled through Apple, in your App Store settings. The full terms for the app — warranty, liability, governing law — land on this page before then.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, this page changes first, with a new effective date. Questions: [email protected].
